Some simple steps will help the process;
- Check your policy if you’re not sure what you’re covered for.
- Take notes of what happened. Make a detailed inventory of items that are missing or damaged.
- Take plenty of pictures and video.
- Report the incident by contacting us. Have your policy number and police report (if you have one) ready.
- If you’ve made purchases, keep all receipts.
- Do not dispose of any damaged property without notifying us first.
